I wanted to write you a note to let you know what a great job you have done cleaning the carpets in our business. With a tropical fish business we have lots of spillage of water and salt residue on our carpeting. Over the years we have tried numerous carpet services without getting very good results. Usually the water stains and salt residues never clean up fully and the carpet never quite looks very clean.

Your service has changed that! Using the special carpet cleaner with the rotating scrubbing action head that you recommended made a huge difference. Stains and salt residue were totally removed and the carpet regained a fresh look of being very clean. I am totally impressed with the superb results you produced.

Our business has a very high traffic volume and gets lots of soiling of the carpets. It provides a very challenging cleaning project. Your company has met that challenge and has produced the cleaning that we needed.
